this is wat i'm reading now... man, i taking years to finish this.... being coped up with many stuff recently, exam in particular coming and i'm too slack.... shatz~ this is a good book, brother Jack here is a HR pro. so far i like the thing abt being candor (find out yourself if u dunno! :p). yeah, its hard to be candor but i mean, its important!Management Theories like Deep Blue Sea by Insead's profs are really good, guess i'll picked that up when i'm free-er. Six Sigma is pretty good. Cheers for Management! bull**** lol~
